About Us
Young Lewin Advisors exists to serve our commercial real estate clients.
We do this by focusing less on any specific transaction and more on genuinely understanding our client’s short and long term goals and working with them to devise and execute a portfolio-wide strategic plan to achieve those goals.

Apollo Infinity
Young-Lewin Advisors proudly donates 5% of every commission to a charitable organization of our client’s choice in their name through our Apollo Infinity program.
Young-Lewin Advisors is proud to offer as a default donation option the Resident Relief Foundation - an organization that focuses on helping historically responsible tenants who fall on unexpected financial hardship avoid eviction.
The Foundation accomplishes this via direct payments to landlords so it's a productive intervention for all parties and there is a corresponding financial planning training program for the tenant to help them avoid a similar situation in the future.
We feel RRF effectively and efficiently addresses the housing/homelessness crisis with a positive net effect for all parties involved. Dan currently serves on the board of RRF.
